One of the most repeated questions for a long time was whether we could help in the trial and checking of a Dutch (or European) horse. The answer is ‘yes’!

The explosion of social media can be felt in every aspect of our daily life and chances are you have found your dream horse online, or perhaps even at one of the hunter shows in the Netherlands. How wonderful! But also complex, when you are unable to try the horse yourself or have no contacts in the Netherlands to help you. Or maybe you would like to gather background information on the horse and are looking for a neutral third party to assist you in the matter.

Wat do we do?

We gladly help you find out more about your future horse. We can try out the horse on locations throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and provide you with all the essential footage. We could also do the research and look into competition results and get in contact with the breeder and previous owners. This ensures you get a fair and comprehensive view of (the past of) the horse and are able make a well-informed choice.

We offer a reliable opinion and adopt a neutral position between seller and buyer. Thanks to our specialization in the American sport, we are aware of the requirements an American sport horse must meet nowadays and it allows us to make a fair assessment of the capacities of the horse.

As a result, travelling for you as a customer is no longer a must, you save both time and money and you are assured of knowledge, reliability and transparency.

During our viewings we record high-quality video footage and there is also the option of a live stream. We can either assume the correspondence between the seller and buyer in its entirety or only assist when necessary.

Hoe does it work?

If you are interested in a full on-site try-out, you can easily and quickly request our service at the bottom of this page. Within 24 hours you will receive a calendar appointment schedule via e-mail. You can pick a preffered date between 5 days and 3 months from now. Up to 2 weeks prior the chosen day it is possible to reschedule to another available date. Would you like to schedule a viewing within 1 week from now? Please contact us in advance.

Before the try-out, we ask you to complete a form so that your wishes are clear and we can get as much out of the try-out as possible.

Are you only looking for remote assistance in the research into the horse? After filling out the order form below, you may expect a full report within the indicated date, including contact with the current owner, breeder and if possible results and a history of previous owners. Additional requests? We can look into it for you.

Wat does it cost?

We charge fixed, transparent rates for these services. The full try-out package on a location in the Netherlands costs €250 euros excl. 0,22 cent per kilometre from Bunnik, Utrecht. We charge €45,- euros for a single research report.
